  • Sloping land (capable of moving water by gravity)

  • Potential to go ‘off-grid’ with water
  • Stream or catchment for ponds

  • Existing approved sewage

Access

  • Ideally with public road within 100m of house (snow clearance)
  • Parking for several vehicles and large vehicle maneuvering
  • Public transportation within 10km

Trees and Forestry

  • Minimum 4 Ha designated Forestry
